A fixed monthly platform fee based on your agency size. Every plan includes the full SalesPulse suite for your entire team.
The agency price is a flat monthly platform fee for the agency account — it's how the agency tier scales. Reps each need their own SalesPulse login; agents can pay their own plan, or the agency can cover licenses in bulk (see below).
The agency platform fee above covers the agency account. Each rep still needs their own SalesPulse login. You pick whether reps pay for themselves or you cover them.
Each agent signs up and pays their own monthly Standard or Premium Recruiter subscription. Best when your agents already handle their own tooling budget.

Pick the tier that fits your current agent count. Starter covers 1–5 agents, Growth covers 6–15, Pro covers 16–50, Enterprise covers 51–99, and IMO/FMO is custom for 100+. When you cross into the next range, you move up a tier — the flat monthly fee goes up with you, but the per-agent cost of the platform goes down.
That's your call. Two options: (1) each agent signs up and pays their own Standard Agent ($79) or Premium Recruiter ($129) subscription, or (2) the agency covers licenses in bulk through our call-center pricing — contact sales for a custom quote based on your rep count. Either way, the agency platform fee above is on top of the agent licenses.
No. Every user on SalesPulse needs their own login — there are no free seats for admin or support staff. If you want an office manager to have access to agency data, they get a license the same way a producing rep does.
When you hire your 6th agent (Starter → Growth), you move to the Growth tier starting the next billing cycle. We'll notify you in advance, and you keep everything you already had plus the Growth-tier features. Downgrading works the same way if you trim headcount.
White-label branding is available on the Enterprise tier — your logo on outbound communications and the agent-facing dashboard. IMO/FMO partners can go further with custom domains and fully branded portals. Starter, Growth, and Pro tiers all support agency-logo branding on outbound SMS/email and agent websites.
No minimum. If you have 1 agent (yourself) and want the agency feature set, Starter Agency works. Most small shops start on Starter and move to Growth within 6–12 months as they recruit.
